Money sucks |
I am up way past my bedtime trying not to go into default on all sorts of things. I just had to spend all my potential Christmas gift money, my phone bill money, 2 weeks food money, 2 weeks gas money, and my car insurance money to keep from going into default on one student loan. And there's still not guarantee they won't try to kill me on it anyways. I am overdue more money than I have in my bank account at this point.
I do have a little something coming from a couple crochet orders yet and some pay checks that will eventually be something (working a whole lot extra in the next couple weeks), but I'm feeling a huge money stress. I hate money stress. I really really dislike money in general. Things will ease temporarily if I can sell my apartment and borrow from myself (well it's actually money I owe to my grandparents) to catch up on a few things. I'd be saving on monthly bills and rent by moving, which would also help. I think I might need to having someone teach me some smart money management stuff. I've never been really good with money, but this is about as bad as I've been and I don't seem to be getting better on my own. |

Every time I see Christy's pic, I keep thinking she's been raptured.

*laughing*
I guess I never thought of that. I have a shoe fixation. I take a lot of pictures of shoes.
(& it's been twice I found shoes sitting in the living room that looked like the person should be still in them - these & the ones on the site for 'Old Souls' - www.oldsoulstheband.com - pun intended)

To clarify, if you right-click on the link, copy it, and paste it into a new tab (or 'window', if for some reason you're not using Firefox), it is a book about different views of the rapture and on the cover is the picture that subconsiously inspired my comment about Christy.
(again, my apologies to Ms. M)

Smart Women Finish Rich is a really good book about managing your money. I think I've already loaned out my copy, or I'd offer it to you. The library should have it, though.
